What sort of fork?

15 Beach Gardens was previously known as "The Pitchfork" and this name is engraved in its front wall. The current owners no longer use this name, however.
The name is partially obscured by a fine rosemary bush. In fact this bush nearly caused problems for the hunt; it was rather smaller when I researched the clues in spring,
but by Carnival week it had grown prolifically. Many thanks to the owners at number 15 who gave me permission to give it a small trim to reveal the name!
